中国鼎盛车队成立与4.26日前身即为中国铭途车队,是一个重组车队队员分散队长退出,开局不是十分美好但是鼎盛车队并无放弃而是选择积极重组重新换上鼎盛大牌鼎盛一出再无铭途,我们坚信在我们新队长执念带领下鼎成不会走铭途老路而是发扬自身特点积极面对各种问题,我们必须重视新方法新理念才能维持新车队就最基本的要求而不是抛高误远而是脚踏实地一步一个脚印的往前前行。起初我们并不是一帆风顺的但我们是被呵护被眷顾的我们并没有因此倒下而是积极对应新举措用好新方法,展现新容貌走出新高度。我坚信开局不是一帆风顺的但是重要在怎么面对必须积极面对所有困难,展现车队积极向上一面,不能给队员灌输错误思想发展新车队是长期任务而非一朝一夕,同时不能遗忘规范化定新规更能对车队内部实行好队员应做什么不应做什么车队的主题就是队员没了队员就不叫车队,队长长期对管理以及高管做出规范规定加强对管理审核高管一流程高度要求必须对队员有极强耐心性,主动性,拿出诚心来让队员爱上这个车队不要那么拘束于当前,教会责任意识最终培养出管理意识。发展并不是风平浪静也不是举步维艰就看一个车队是否有一个好的规定一个积极的队长和全部队员来一起撑起这一个共同的车队。我所坚信鼎盛不会再走老路而是发扬自身越来越好的鼎盛车队格言便是《鼎新革故-不负盛名》为了这一格言大家共同努力每个人出一份力我所坚信风雨后一定会有彩虹让每个人愿意在鼎盛车队,爱上鼎盛车队这是每个玩家队员共同理想。那么就按这一理想请相信我们,我们会越来越好废久从新请大家一同见证我们!
